The Gyrokinesis® methodology, initially known as “yoga for dancers,” was developed by Juliu Horvath. In class, the journey begins with spinal motions on a stool, seamlessly transitioning into a floor sequence, and concluding in standing position. The primary objective of this methodology is to enhance spinal mobility in a multi-dimensional manner, placing a significant emphasis on the power of breath. By the conclusion of the class, every system is activated, feeling the body invigorated and replenished.
