About Kellie

Kellie Ann Lynch currently performs and teaches nationally and internationally with David Dorfman Dance and has danced for Adele Myers and Dancers for over a decade. She feels blessed to be able to work with incredible artists. Additionally, in the last 10 years she has worked with choreographers Kate Weare, Jennifer Archibald, Kyle Abraham and Doug Elkins (to name a few) and continues to freelance in the Northeast when she has time; recent collaborations include Betsy Miller’s “American Woman” project. Kellie has received artist fellowships from the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the former Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism; she was also a recipient of the Arts Award (New Haven) in 2014 for creating “Big Art in Small Cities”. Kellie’s work has been commissioned, produced and performed throughout the Northeast including at Bates Dance Festival as an Emerging Choreographer. Kellie holds a BA in Dance from Rhode Island College and an MFA in Dance from Smith College; and she is currently working towards her Feldenkrais certification. When she isn’t performing, she can be found teaching throughout New England in colleges and universities.
