About Heidi

Heidi Audet has been teaching yoga since 2002, and became a certified yoga teacher in 2003. She is a nationally certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance, a graduate of the Himalayan Institute’s 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, and holds additional certifications and has completed many trainings in Ashtanga Yoga, Advanced Vinyasa Yoga (Shiva Rea), DanceYOGA (TM), and Shiva Rea’s Yoga Trance Dance, and Yoga for Breast Cancer Recovery and Beyond (Exclusive Yoga- Camille Kitrell). Heidi also holds advanced-level certification in Color Me Yoga(TM) for Children, and represents founder and creater Marsha T. Danzig as a Master Trainer for the “Color Me Yoga(TM) for Children” Foundations Instructor Training. She is currently enrolled in the Whole Health Education and Wellness Counseling Program at the National Institute of Whole Health in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and has many years of study in nutritional education. She is a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor(Himalayan Institute Program Graduate), is an adjunct faculty member for the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, and has offered Ayurveda consults at the Institute’s Wellness Center.
