The Now
We descend to the floor and stay there—skin to ground, breath to instinct. Gravity takes the wheel. Thought dissolves. Reflex sharpens. The body moves before permission is granted, and once the engine starts, there is no stopping.
This practice demands presence: fully here, fully now. Attention becomes fuel, sensation becomes signal, and movement turns into ritual—aligning mind, body, and spirit through breath, sweat, and repetition. We summon the amphibious creature buried in muscle and marrow, sliding, spiraling, erupting into space.
A merciless warm-up rooted in yogic fire builds stamina, core power, and feral resilience. We tear through floorwork in the center and across space, finishing with dynamic and full-bodied phrasework driven by pulse-heavy music. Why? Because the body was never meant to be quiet.
