Nonrefundable, applied to balance $95
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All fees paid (less application fee and $30 administrative fee) will be fully refunded only if written notice of cancellation is received on or before June 11. YDW tuition is nonrefundable after this date for any reason including illness or injury.
Application Instructions
Students are strongly encouraged to send their complete application package in early to insure placement. Enrollment is limited and the program fills quickly. Students are accepted on a rolling basis. When full enrollment is reached students will be notified and added to our waiting list. Application materials must be properly completed or you will not be registered. Students may begin the application process on line by completing and submitting the top section of the application form, but must download, complete and mail a printed version with payment and required materials in order to be considered. Faxed application forms are accepted from international students only. Send completed applications and registration fee to:
